1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Project Cancellation by Client:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to sciatix.solutions@gmail.com

If a cancellation request is received before project commencement, a full refund will be processed, excluding any administrative or consultation fees.

If a cancellation request is received after project commencement, the refund will be calculated based on the work completed up to that point. Any non-refundable upfront costs (such as third-party licenses, hosting, or domain registration) will be deducted.

Once the project is 70% or more complete, no refund will be issued.
1.2 Project Cancellation by Sciatix Solutions:

In rare cases where Sciatix Solutions needs to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund, except for any third-party costs incurred.

Sciatix Solutions reserves the right to cancel a project if the client breaches contractual terms, fails to provide necessary inputs, or engages in unethical or illegal activities. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of project termination.

Refunds will be processed based on the milestones completed and expenses incurred.

If a project is delivered as per agreed specifications but the client is dissatisfied for subjective reasons, no refund will be provided. However, reasonable revisions may be accommodated.

For digital products, subscriptions, or consulting services, all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2.2 Refund Processing Time:

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.

Sciatix Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.
3. Non-Refundable Services

Domain name registrations, hosting fees, SSL certificates, and third-party software or tools purchased on behalf of the client.

Any project where final delivery has been accepted and signed off by the client.

Monthly subscription-based services once the billing cycle has commenced.

Urgent or express service fees.
4. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

Any legal proceedings shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
